IT化が進む昨今において、オンラインビジネスは避けて通れないものとなっており、その傾向は益々強くなるでしょう。

ウェブ解析士とは、ウェブ解析士協会*1による一般財団法人認定の資格であり、ウェブサイトやその他オンライン広告などにおいて成果を出すため、実務に役立つことを目指します。

資本主義で生きていくために売上や利益を知らなければ仕事ができないように、現代の社会人にとってウェブ解析は必須の技術となり、小売店、法人営業、自治体などにも応用されています。

ウェブ解析士の資格では、Google Analytics*2などによるアクセス解析だけではなく、電話によるお問い合せの件数や受注率（営業成約率）、商談化率といったウェブ以外のオフラインデータも全て含めて解析を行い、オンラインから実際の企業収益へとどのように繋げていくかの戦略や改善策などを学びます。

資格取得のメリット

ウェブ解析士の資格を取得することで、まずオンラインビジネスについての深く安定した知識を役立つ形で身につけることが可能です。

また、マーケティングについてある程度知識がある人でもWebサイトのアクセス解析に留まってしまう人が多いですが、ウェブ解析士としての資格取得の学習によって、アクセス解析以外のさまざまなビジネス成長につながるデータにも目が行くようになります。

例えば、見込み客*3の獲得を目的としたサイト（リードジェネレーションサイト）の場合は問い合わせの件数をコンバージョン*4として計測しそれ以降のことについては視野にいれていないことが一般的ですが、コンバージョン後の活動を追うことが大切です。

BtoCビジネスにおいては、商品・サービス購入後のリピート（再購入）を増加させることにもフォーカスしなければ、新規獲得だけでは長期的なビジネス競争で勝負することは難しいでしょう。

また、BtoBビジネスにおいては特に、お問い合わせ後の商談化率・受注率まで追っていなければ本当の意味で意味のあるコンバージョンを獲得できていると判断することはできず、活動の優先度を正しく選別することができません。

ビジネス活動においてさまざまなデータを獲得できるようになることで、KPI*5 / KGI *6を意識した計画立案ができるようになります。

これにより、例えば売上を上げるためにWebサイトのアクセスを増やしたいとした場合、具体的に売上を何％上げたくて、それにはアクセスがどれだけ必要で、CTRはいくつで、必要になる総コストはいくらか、といった計画立案が出来るようになります。

このKPI/KGIの観点がない場合、単にWebサイトのアクセス数を増やすことばかりに目がいってしまってい本当の目的である売り上げアップにつながるWebサイトアクセスの増加を意識できず、広告宣伝費などのアクセス増加のための施策に投資するコストを見極めることができなくなってしまいます。

*3 見込み客とは、ある製品を買う可能性のある人または法人のことであり、一般的には、ターゲットとして選定した顧客層を具体的な人や法人へと落としこんだものを指す。

*4 コンバージョンとは、変換、転換、交換といった意味を持つ英単語であり、マーケティングの分野では、Webサイト上で獲得できる最終的な成果のことを指す。（例、問い合わせ件数、メールマガジン購読の申し込み件数、製品・サービスの購入など）

*5 KPI とは、Key Performance Indicatorの略称で、重要業績評価指標のこと。

*6 KGIとは、Key Goal Indicatorの略で、重要目標達成指標のこと。

ウェブ解析士の資格を取得するには

では実際に、ウェブ解析士の資格を取得するにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか。

ウェブ解析士の資格取得について学習及び受験方法は、認定講座を受講して学習し受験する方法と公式教材で独自に学習し受験する方法の２つがあります。

認定講座を受講し受験する場合、講座費用 10,800円/試験費用 17,280円/公式テキスト 4,320円のコストが必要となり、独学の場合は、試験費用と公式テキストのみでとなります。

受験スケジュールや会場については、公式Webサイト（https://www.waca.associates/jp/learning/course/wac/schedule/#testonly）で確認できますが、現在は北海道・大阪府・東京都・愛知県のみで開催されているようです。

公式テキストについても上記公式Webサイトから購入できます。

ウェブ解析士の試験に合格した後は認定レポートを提出しなければならず、認定されると「ウェブ解析士」と名刺や履歴書などに記載して活動する事が可能となります。

試験合格後1か月以内（受験日の翌月同日（例：4月3日受験の場合、5月3日が提出期限））にウェブ解析士協会もしくは講座受講をされてる場合は担当講師に提出しなければならず、提出がない場合、または提出期限を過ぎてからの認定レポート提出は、ウェブ解析士試験が不合格となります。

ウェブ解析士に合格、認定を受けると自動的にWACA会員として登録され、初年度（毎年1月～12月）は年会費無料となり、翌年度から年会費（6,480円/税込）が発生します。

また、ウェブ解析士には「ウェブ解析士」だけでなく、「上級ウェブ解析士」「ウェブ解析士マスター」の３つがあり、上級ウェブ解析士・ウェブ解析士については下位の資格を取得していることが受験条件となります。

ウェブ解析ツールやレポートを使って正しい判断ができる人材であることを証明する資格が、この「ウェブ解析士」にあたり、上級ウェブ解析士は、KPIを立てたりマーケティング計画を立てるなど、実務での分析に基いて事業のコンサルティングが行える人材であることを証明する資格です。

ウェブ解析士マスターはウェブ解析士を指導し育成することのできるスキルを持った人材であることを証明する資格です。

少し面倒な資格ではありますが、受験者数は2017年3月時点で20,000人以上となっており、その需要は年々増加傾向にある注目の資格でもあります。
