お店が「ロッカー」「クローク」に早変わり!?日常から生まれるビジネスアイデア

まず、荷物を預けたい人はネットで預ける場所を探して予約をします。支払いもクレジットカードで事前に済まし、料金もコインロッカー並のバッグサイズで1日当たり300円、スーツケースサイズで600円で利用可能です。
そのあとの流れとしては、荷物を預けると写真付き証明メールが届きます。
また、荷物を受け取るときはその証明メールを見せるだけで、鍵を持ち歩く必要がありません。一般的なコインロッカーには収まらないスキー用品やベビーカーなどの大型荷物も預けることができます。

一方、荷物を預かる店舗側は利用料の50%を受け取れます。
空きスペースを利用して収入を増やせるだけでなく、ついでにお店のサービスも利用してもらえると売上向上にもつながる仕組みです。さらに、設備投資も不要で、気軽に始められることろがポイントの一つです。
現在は、JR東日本やJR西日本、日本郵便などとも提携しており、荷物を預けられる場所が増えています。

このように、普段の生活でのちょっとした問題を見落とさずに、どうすれば解決できるか、と考えるようにするとビジネスアイディアになりやすくなります。
