2020年に必須なビジネススキルTOP10　～前編～

「AIにほとんどの仕事が奪われる」

というのは脅しではなく、その流れは誰にも止めようがありません。経営的に考えれば、高い人件費を払ったり、人事問題に頭を悩ませなくても、優秀なAI、ITサービス、機械などに投資して、効率的に成果を出せる方が良いからです。
では、AIに仕事を奪われることなく、企業から高待遇で迎えられるようなビジネスマンになるためには、一体何が求められるのか？AIにはできず、人間にしかできないスキルとは？

その答えを占うレポートが、「The Feature of Jobs（仕事の未来）」です。2016年1月、世界経済フォーラム（World Economic Forum）が、2020年に企業が求めるビジネススキルを発表しました。

今必要とされているスキルもその1/3は重要ではなくなり、2020年までに大きく変化がありそうです。

「2020年に必須なビジネススキルTOP10」

第10位　「柔軟な判断力」

「様々なことを同時に考える能力」のことです。
さらに「創造性」「論理的思考力」「問題解決力」も同時に求められます。

ネット情報がとてつもないペースで膨張し続け、情報が溢れて翻弄される現代社会において必要になるのは、

「さまざまな情報から適切なものを導き出せる判断能力」

「優先順位をつけて対応する能力」

この二つの能力です。

 

第9位「交渉力」

ビジネスを優位に進めるために欠かせないスキルであり、
またどれほど技術が進んでも必要不可欠なスキルです。

これまでは主に営業担当者に求められてきましたが、今後はさらに幅広い職種で重要性が増すことが予想されます。

 

第8位「サービス志向」

見込客のニーズやウォンツを把握し、それを満たす商品・サービスを開発する「マーケットイン」の考え方です。（⇔プロダクトアウト：開発した商品・サービスをどのように販売するかを考えるアプローチ）

最近の経済研究所の研究論文でも、こうした社会的スキルは、AIやIT技術が進歩すればするほど、ますます重要性を増すと言われています。なぜなら、ITではまだ人間のコミュニケーション能力を再現できないからです。

社会性は何千年もかけて人間社会で進化を遂げてきものであり、人の感情を察して対応することは無意識で行われているプロセスです。
職場では、お互いの強みを活かし、状況の変化に柔軟に対応することで、チームワークや生産性の向上につながります。

人間の心理は複雑であり、なんでもパターン化できるほど単純ではないため、ITで簡単に対応できるものではありません。

 

第７位　「判断力と意思決定能力」

このスキルは、データを分析し、そこから意思決定を行うことを指しており、「システムスキル」とも呼ばれています。
組織がより多くのデータを収集するようになると、そのデータを分析し意思決定できる人材がより求められるようになります。

言われた通りの仕事・お決まりのルーティーンをこなすだけの業務ならAIに代用されてしまいます。自分で考え、行動できる能力がますます求められています。

 

第６位　「感情的知性」

人の気持ち（感情）を察する能力のことです。

ロボットはさまざまな仕事ができますが、人間同様に人の心を察することはできません。だからこそ、ビジネスマンには相手の感情を正確に察し、対応できる能力がさらに求められていきます。

人の気持ちを察するためには、相手を警戒させないコミュニケーション能力や、素早く信頼構築できる能力も求められます。表面的な言葉にとらわれず、相手の行動や表情などから本心を察する感性も必要です。
こうしたスキルは基本的には経験によって磨かれるものなので、教わったからと言ってすぐに身につくものではありません。
